10 MINUTE CARDIO AND LEG WORKOUT YOU CAN DO IN YOUR HOME

This workout is only 10 minutes, so get up off your computer and hit it up with me.  It’s quick, efficient and you will feel a burn in those stems of yours.  My heart rate was going and it made me feel great for the rest of the day.   Now you can do this workout 2 or 3 times in a row with a minute break between each set  or pair it up with some core training or go for a run after.

It’s amazing what you can do in such little space, just make sure to get low on those squats and lunges make them count, you want results so you have to feel it and push your limits.  In the cardio exercises you have to give’er go as fast as you can, it’s only 30 sec so you can push through.

 

Ok here we go, get warmed up have some water close by and let’s do this!!!
